The Ultimate Bachelorette Trip in Miami
Miami is one of the top bachelorette destinations in the US. It’s the perfect spot to celebrate with your girls! I was here for my friend Angelena’s bachelorette weekend in April. I thought it was the perfect time to visit – our weather was absolutely perfect!
Day 1
We flew from Atlanta to Fort Lauderdale on Thursday afternoon and landed around 4pm. It was a quick and easy flight, and much cheaper to fly into Fort Lauderdale versus Miami. Since we were all landing at roughly the same time (some of our group was flying in from other cities), we had a private airport shuttle pick us up. The drive from the airport to South Beach took us about 45 minutes.
Get settled at lodging
We stayed at a condo rental right on South Beach. The location could not have been any better! We had the penthouse, which was perfect for seven of us.

Happy hour at Limonada Bar
We started our evening with happy hour at Limonada Bar. We had reservations, but really didn’t need them this early in the evening. The outside patio is really cute and they have a small pool that would be fun for day parties. During happy hour (6 to 8pm), appetizers are half price and drinks are heavily discounted. I tried the spicy pineapple jalapeno margarita, and it was yummy!
Dinner at Corallo Miami
Next, we headed to dinner at Corallo, a delicious Italian restaurant. The restaurant is charming and inviting. I had the carbonara, which I thought was amazing. Be sure to make reservations here, it was busy!

Swizzle Rum Bar
Our last stop of the evening was to an intimate speakeasy-style bar called Swizzle. We were surprised that we had to wait a little bit to get in, but once we got inside we understood why. It’s very small, but very cool!

Day 2
Boat trip
Our next morning would be spent on a private boat trip. We Ubered to the marina, which is on the mainland. We arrived at 9am and they got us loaded onto the boat. The boat slip was inland a bit, and they drove us down a waterway to get out to the open ocean. As we rode, the surrounding buildings kept getting nicer and nicer and we passed several beautiful yachts. Once we got out to the ocean, we anchored next to a small island with a backdrop of the Miami skyline. It was beautiful! We stayed here for most of the morning and had drinks and lunch, spending lots of time floating on the company’s rafts they brought. As the day went on (and especially right before we left), more and more boats came out to anchor at this spot.

Drinks at The Social Club
After we’d napped and recharged for the evening, we headed to get drinks at The Social Club, a very cute restaurant inside the Kimpton Surfcomber Hotel in South Beach. The restaurant is well-known for its brunch, so I opted to get a Bloody Mary. It was really good! We also split a Greek board and bread and butter board.

Dinner at Baoli Miami
We had 8:30pm reservations at Baoli, which is a restaurant and nightlife venue. Reservations are highly recommended, and the bouncer at the door checked our name before letting us in. The vibe reminded me of a tropical jungle, and was really cool. The menu is tapas-style, so they encouraged us to get several plates to share. Rachel and I decided to share the bao pork belly, two timing tuna sushi roll, crunchy salmon sushi roll, and bok choy. Everything was delicious! I also got the Ubud margarita, and I loved it.

Day 3
Coffee at Cortadito
We woke up the next morning and had breakfast at our condo. We’d wanted to try Cortadito coffee, which is a Cuban tradition. The coffee is very strong, so it is served in tiny cups, like an espresso shot, but cut with steamed milk. I loved it!

Lunch at Nikki Beach
We arrived at Nikki Beach right when it opened at 12pm. It gets busy as the afternoon goes on, so reservations are recommended. The reservation for our table was good for two hours and each person was required to order at least one food item. This wasn’t a problem for us since we were coming for lunch. The restaurant is a little pricey, but I thought it was worth it for the atmosphere and quality of food. I got the tempura shrimp tacos, and Rachel and I split a pitcher of Caipirinhas. The pitcher was a really good deal – it ended up being about 10 drinks, but roughly the same price as if we’d ordered three individual drinks. The food and drinks were all really good and we had a great time here!

Beach
Once we got back to our Airbnb, we walked down to the beach across the street. There were tons of people out and it was a beautiful day.

Dinner in
After a few days of eating out, we were excited to have a chill night in. This was a great end to our trip.
Day 4
We got up early on our last morning and flew home.
This really was the perfect girls’ trip and I highly recommend everything we did!
